The Knights of Columbus (KofC) is the world's largest Catholic fraternal service organization, founded in 1882 by Blessed Father Michael J. McGivney in New Haven, Connecticut. Our Council meets at Holy Name School in Fall River, MA on the 3rd Tuesday night of the month. Our charitable and volunteer work center around Fall River and Holy Name Church and Holy Name School.

Today, the KofC boasts over 2 million members globally and operates on four core principles: 

Charity: Donating hundreds of millions of dollars and millions of volunteer hours to local communities, disaster relief, and those in need.

Unity: Supporting and standing side-by-side with fellow members and parishes.

Fraternity: Fostering a Christ-centered brotherhood and providing mutual aid to families.

Patriotism: Promoting active and faithful citizenship in the respective countries where councils operate.

Among our activities are sponsorship of a monthly Men’s Breakfast for the men of the parish; fundraising to support activities at the parish and school; running an annual Christmas Breakfast with Santa; Scholarships Award; and offering meals and serving support at the Welcome Back to School Cookout and Oktoberfest.
